Good Sport

The Bowling Arm by O.S. Initiative

Good Sport is an accessory range made with the leather remnants from Australian cricket balls. For decades the leather waste has been discarded in Australia, O.S Initiative continues the practice of fashioning the waste into original product ideas, first established by n+1 equals interdisciplinary studio in Melbourne in 1999.

Incidentally, if unfamiliar with the game of cricket it unites Britain with Commonwealth nations in a shared sporting mystique. It is part of the Australian experience; played by communities through decades of change it has long been associated with notions of 'fair play' and good sportsmanship.

Good Sport is industrious fashion and we love it!

Bowling Arm®is a simple idea – it is about making something nothing. It supports the design and production of sustainable product ideas and embraces the joy of storytelling.
